The 850 litre ultrasonic cleaning tank is designed to bridge the gap between medium-scale workshop operations and large industrial cleaning requirements. Built using premium 316 stainless steel for the cleaning chamber and a durable 304 stainless steel outer shell, the tank is designed to withstand demanding industrial environments, aggressive cleaning solutions, and continuous operation. The advanced ultrasonic transducer system generates powerful cavitation throughout the tank, effectively removing grease, oil, carbon deposits, rust, paint residues, and other contaminants from complex components and assemblies.
The integrated heating system supports operating temperatures up to 90°C, improving cleaning efficiency and reducing cleaning times for heavily contaminated parts. A digital timer and programmable control panel allow operators to customise cleaning cycles based on component size, material type, and contamination levels. Optional filtration and recirculation systems can be incorporated to maintain fluid cleanliness and extend bath life, making the 850 litre system suitable for both batch processing and continuous industrial use.
